The goals kept coming with Saige MacLeod and Brenna Nicol sniping in the second to give Thunder Bay a 4-0 lead, Sibley Duckert and Olivia Cava kept up the 2-goals per period pace in the third and Reese Keating kept her net spotless as the Queens coasted to a 6-0 victory.

In their second game of the day, taking on the host Thunderhawks, as Gaby Andreacchi opened the scoring and then scored again to make it 2-0 and Sarah Grieve also found the back of the net. 3-0 after the first.
