Peewee Queens in Cupid Classic

THUNDER BAY, ON — The Thunder Bay Peewee Queens will be heading to Bloomington, Minnesota this weekend for the annual Cupid Classic Hockey Tournament. The Queens are currently ranked 13th in all of Minnesota in the U12A division. They begin their weekend with 3 tough round robin games with the hopes of reaching the semi-finals against likely the #2 ranked team in the state from Eagan or the #4 ranked team from Owatonna.

Assistant Coach Kevin Marks says, "This is our last big tournament in Minnesota this year and a great way to climb the rankings and sneak into the top 5 in their state. This would be a great accomplishment for everyone involved and would cap off a great season for these girls against these top Minnesota teams."
