Thunder Bay Queens Hockey Organization

The Thunder Bay Queens organization is looking for a new board member to join our team.

The Ice Scheduling Convener is responsible for collecting and distributing all ice times for the Thunder Bay Queens. His/her responsibilities will include, at a minimum, the following items:

•  Securing ice times at various arenas as necessary

•  Monitoring the desired ice levels for each team ensuring that the teams are all receiving the appropriate levels of ice

•  Ensure that ice is distributed appropriately

•  Inform Treasurer of ice billing and payment arrangements and inform of any budget variances

•  Attend all Queens Board Meetings and provide detailed updates on ice issues/conflicts

•  Participate and contribute to all Board related meetings and discussions regarding the day to day operations and issues that may arise

•  Set and distribute all ice schedules AT LEAST ONE MONTH advance of scheduled times

•  Perform other duties as the Queens President, and the  Board of Directors may require
