Saturday Results for Peewees at Robin's

THUNDER BAY, ON — After going 0-2 in the Robin’s Tournament on Friday, the Peewee Queens looked to turn their fortunes around Saturday morning against the Elks 82s but while the Queens would manage to get on the board in the first off a Rhae Thomas goal (assisted by Makara Magbanua), the Elks would answer with two of their own, along with three more in the game, dropping the Queens 5-1.

In their afternoon tilt against the KC Sabres, Annie Mallon’s setup feed to Kingston Golding would put the Queens on top first but KC answered back just 37 seconds later to tie the game. The timekeeper would save a bundle on ink this game as it ended in a 1-1 tie.

With a 0-3-1 record, the Peewees will get an early end to their weekend with no games Sunday.
