Bantam As Trample the Stampede in Fargo
FARGO, ND — The Bantam A Queens opened up the Scheels Girls International 15U tournament against the West Fargo Stampede on Friday afternoon. Jenna Jackson and Shailyn Reguly would both score in the first to give the Queens a 2-0 lead. In the second, Grace Fitzpatrick extended the lead just 26 seconds in. West Fargo responded with a goal to cut the lead but the Queens responded with two more of the sticks of Paige Fucile and Reguly. The Stampede managed a late goal in the game but it was far too little to late as the Queens took this one 5-2.
On Saturday, the Bantam As will get an early start at 9:45am against Grand Rapids before taking on the Eastman Selects at 4:45pm. Fans can follow along closer at https://www.fargohockey.org/15
